Roles & Responsibilities • Work together with business teams and clients to establish their business & communications objectives; align closely with team and collaborate in developing end-to-end strategy-led comms solutions • Lead media strategies for new business pitches • Analyse existing data, market reports and trends to generate compelling strategic insights as the basis for media strategies • Collaborate closely with research, data analytics and media to develop, manage and analyse key projects • Develop and lead workshops, both internal & with clients • Help create an environment of quality strategic thinking across the entire agency • Contribute to the development of award winning work • Represent the agency in thought leadership papers or events • Drive best practice on strategic planning across different teams • Develop & train planning tools and process of planning within Mx framework • Improve capabilities to spot & showcase award winning work
Requirements
- Background – Media strategy, digital strategy, communications planning, new business/consulting ideally with media agency experience, min. 10 years.
- Strong understanding of tech platforms and how we can use data from these platforms for insights.
- Experience delivering actionable strategies; good storytelling in verbal and written form, especially presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail and delivery to deadlines.
- General interest in wide spectrum of topics and media trends.
- Must be confident and approachable, helpful and easy to work with.
