We’re problem solvers
Filling a job brief is never the first order of business. We work with our clients for a full picture of their challenges and pains, and then search for the right candidates to fill the gap. People are not commodities, and we don’t want to place our candidates in roles that aren’t suitable for their current life stage, no matter how suitable their experience may be. That’s why we grow alongside our candidates as they progress through their career and life stages to have an intimate understanding of both their skills and lifestyle needs.

Assembling high performance teams
Our team has over 100 collective years in the industry, and understand what it takes to be successful on both the agency and corporate sides. We use experience, coupled with behavioural interview techniques, to identify and match the missing pieces for your team.
Developing new revenue streams
Work with us to build internal creative departments/studio/design labs on the corporate side. We also cover E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Innovation, Design Thinking, Shopper Marketing, Content Studios and Podcast capabilities.
Each of us in the consulting team will, on average, interview between 800-1200 people in a year. Hence, we have anecdotal data on salaries that are paid.
Setting and follow-up on key performance indicators
We leave no stone unturned, working together with both clients and candidates to ensure that achievable KPIs are set before anyone starts work. We then regularly check in, making sure that our placements are on-track with the goals and aspirations of both the organisation, and the individual candidates.
As times change, so does your organisation. When companies plan for right-sizing, or have to change course for a completely new direction all together, even cherished team members may no longer be required. We offer assistance with their transition via empathetic counselling and support, preparing them for their next job. James Kenneth Koh first opened his doors for business in 2010. The doors to his walk-up apartment, Katong to be exact, where his dinner table served as an office desk shared by the original team of four – Jasmine, Linah, Rachel and James himself. Today, we’ve grown into a team of 9, with a brand spanking new office to call home at #05-03, 150 Cecil Street.
Every consulting member of the team began as practitioners within their practice areas, and while our youthful faces might say otherwise, we bring over a hundred collective years of experience to the table. As our diverse little team has grown, so has our focus. We’ve now expanded beyond roles in advertising, digital, media and branding to include creative, PR & communications, marketing as well as consulting roles.
