The Senior Account Manager is focused on running and supporting the day-to-day management and organization of specific projects as well as overall account management. You have meticulous attention to detail and are working on establishing strong client relationships by creating confidence in them and your team that you understand the business and competitive landscape.
- At least 5 years of agency experience working on social- and digital-first campaigns across a portfolio of APAC and global brands.
- You live and breathe digital and social media trends and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels.
- Have hands on experience across various social media tools and tech (Sprinklr, Socialbakers, Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch, etc).
- You understand agency processes and are able to navigate the operational functions of each department to get things done on time, on brief and on budget.
- You are meticulous, with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
