- You have at least 10 years of creative agency experience.
- You don’t just love creative work, you breathe it – and able to instil that kind of passion to your team members.
- You will be comfortable standing in room full of people, and present work which is fully thought through. You will be eloquent, articulate in your thoughts and able to adapt your presentation style to any situation.
- You will be able to navigate the complexities of the client company structure, and address their different needs accordingly.
- You are an expert at winning people around to your thinking; especially if they are clients.
